Gringo Valley Original 10 pepper, and Mild 7 pepper salsas sold in 16 Oz. jars. Our salsa is prepared from only the freshest hand picked ingredients, and quickly jarred to maintain that homemade taste.

Only the best ingredients can make it into our salsa.

We use only fresh peppers and Roma tomatoes, never frozen, prepackaged peppers, or canned tomatoes like other companies.

It takes more time and work but you can tell the difference right away. The only way to get fresh taste is to use fresh ingredients.

Flavor is everything. We utilize a variety of mild sweet, and hot peppers, to achieve a balanced rich flavor that can not be accomplished with the basic Jalapeno and Green Bell combination that is the mainstay of lesser quality inexpensive salsa.

We use only Roma tomatoes, because they deliver better flavor and a thicker base than any other tomatoes.
